Video consultations take place over an encrypted connection. Sessions are not recorded. Your consultation link is unique to your booking and expires after use, in line with our data protection commitments.
How It Works
- 1 Book a video consultation appointment.
- 2 You'll receive a secure access link ahead of your appointment time.
- 3 Log in to your Patient Portal a few minutes early to test your camera and microphone.
- 4 Join the call at your scheduled time via the link in your dashboard.
